1. Introduction
Welcome to SOBH’s (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Associate Finance Analyst Program (AFAP). By enrolling, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • You must meet the minimum program requirements as stated in the course brochure or website.

3. Enrollment & Fees

  • Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as agreed

  • Program fees are non-transferable.

  • Any applicable taxes or payment processing charges will be borne by the participant.

4. Program Delivery

  • The AFAP Program may be delivered online, offline, or in hybrid format.

  • We reserve the right to change schedules, trainers, or content without prior notice while maintaining program quality.

5. Refund Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable once the program has started.

  • Refund requests prior to program start will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, recordings, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of SOBH’s.

  • Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning only.

  • Copying, redistributing, or reselling our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:

  • Maintain professionalism during all sessions.

  • Avoid disruptive behavior.

  • Respect trainers, fellow participants, and program policies.

We reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.
8. Certifications & Badges

  • Certificates and badges will be issued only upon successful completion of program requirements.

  • Completion criteria include attendance, assignments, projects, and assessments as specified.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SOBH’s is not responsible for job placement guarantees.

  • We do not assume responsibility for technical issues beyond our control.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
